Connecting the low voltage festoon lights with a transformer is a simple process. Here is a step by step guide to help you do it safely and effectively:

Select the transformer: Low voltage festoon lights require a transformer. Choose from 20W or 40W transformer. You can connect up to 4 sets with a 20W transformer and 5 sets with a 40W transformer.
Connect the lights to the transformer: Low voltage festoon lights come with a male and female connector. Simply connect the male connector located on the festoon lights set with the female connector located on the transformer and tighten. Ensure the connection is tight and secure.
Power source: Plug in to an outdoor power source or if you are bringing power out from indoors, use a dry box for safe operation.
Test the lights: Once the lights are connected to the transformer, turn on the power source to test them. Make sure all the lights illuminate properly and there are no issues with the connection.
Secure cables: Use cable clips or ties to secure the cables along the installation route.
