Refund & Returns Policy

1. Online Purchases – Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase

At Fantasy Lights, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is new, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Product tags must still be attached.
  • You must contact us in advance for return approval, stating the item you wish to return and your reason for returning it.

Return Process

Please note:

  • Returns must be received on or before the 14th day following receipt of the goods.
  • Once approved, you may return the product directly to our store.
  • The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds

  • All approved returns will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

2. In-Store & Non-EU Purchases – Returns Policy

Please Choose Carefully

For in-store purchases or customers outside the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

  • Ensure you check all measurements, clearances, and install requirements.
  • We do not offer refunds for unsuitable items once purchased.

Reporting Defects or Damage

  • All product issues must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
  • You can notify us by phone, email or in-store.
  • We will inspect the product and assist as needed.

Returns for Unsuitable Items

If the item is unsuitable and returned within 14 calendar days:

  • A credit note may be issued.
  • A 20% restocking charge applies if the item is unused and fully packaged.
  • A 25% restocking charge applies if packaging is missing or the item shows signs of installation or use.

Special Orders – Non-Returnable

  • Special orders cannot be returned.
  • This includes products not in our standard range or customised to your specification.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
